The base
Main service of ClickITCMS is the cms service itself. Else services are additional and can be used along with (or without) main one.
The process of purchasing
Customer can order service starting with package choice at order page and then processing all necessary fields for registration using registration form. There are two packages available: Free and Paid. You can find differences between them at appropriate page.
The price of main service depends of customer needs and starts from $50. All paid services are performed by us at client side according to registration data, customer provided.
All profit goes to Click IT to cover costs of work, tax and any other needs.
Partnership
If customer knows and wants our services because our partners suggest it, you (as a partner, who triggers customer choice), will get 50% fee from main service, that customer ordered, excluding flexible % of money transfer (PayPal or bank transfer – up to 5% of transferred amount). So, in general, it will be around 47-48% from our profit (ex: customer orders our cms for $50 – you get $23).
The settlement process is next: customer pays us whole amount and then we send you your fee.
Restriction for partners
You can get your fee from us, starting from 2-nd purchase. It means, we will get 100% of profit from first customer goes to us with your protection. Why so? Because, you can imagine, that all clients can go to us as a partner first, then get our service with discount of 50% and just use it without any helping us with new clients...
There is no justice with such situation (to us, at least).
The process of relationships
If you want to be our partner, you will get our logo (or text version) with partner ID and set it at your site as a link to our site (something like: http://ClickITcms.com?partnerId=5678). If you haven't site, but want to be our reseller or partner, you can just say your partner ID to your clients and they can fill it when make order at our site.
When your customer goes to our site with that ID, we will save him to our database with note "this is your customer". If such clients buy our cms service, you will get your fee at once after we get payment from the customer.
